The tools were decent overall, nothing fancy or anything, but they got the job done. Prices seemed fair enough to me too, like I didn’t feel ripped off. So yeah, rough way to put it, but it was a solid buy.

I had to reach out to Taytools about a warranty issue on a tool I bought. they did get back to me and they eventually got it sorted out, but it took a few emails and a little more waiting than I was expecting. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not as smooth as I hoped. I’d probably still buy from them again, but i’d like to see support move a bit quicker next time.

I picked up a few hand tools from taytools and have been using them for weekend projects over the last couple months. Overall, they feel solid, and nothing has bent, chipped, or come loose, which is definitely better than some cheaper tools I’ve owned. I was a little disappointed that one handle had a rough spot right out of the box, though. It wasn’t a huge issue, and I just sanded it down a bit, but I expected it to be smoother.
